Kestrel, one of the largest global manufacturers of PVC-U/PVC-UE roofline and cladding products has furthered its commitment to staff development by creating a new touch screen induction and training system. The new system is designed to enhance employee skills ultimately creating a safer and better working environment, delivering greater quality to customers.
Scott Sinclair, Production Services Manager said of the new system: “We created this training method to provide an exciting new way of efficiently educating and assessing operative skills, as well as enhancing their understanding of key safety and quality criteria. This forms part of our commitment to invest in our people, as well as to satisfy our commitments under ISO9001”.
